Absolutely! We encourage you to bring supportive friends and family whose opinions you trust, as their insights can be extremely useful in making the final decision. Our bridal suites hold 5 people comfortably but we can accommodate more if you let us know beforehand.

WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY DREAM DRESS?
To have the least stressful shopping experience, KRISTEN GRACE BRIDAL recommends shopping at least 6-12 months before your wedding day. Dresses are made to order meaning that the development of your dress will not start until you place your deposit on your dress. Rush shipping and off-rack gowns are available!

I NEED HELP, MY WEDDING IS APPROACHING FAST! CAN I STILL GET A DRESS?
Don't worry, there is still time to find the perfect dress. We offer off-rack options available to come home to you the same day. We also have dresses that can be ordered for a quick turnaround!

DO YOU REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT?
We encourage appointments to ensure that we best prepare for your session. However, we understand that life's spontaneity may lead you to seek a more immediate engagement, which is why we have also designated a special space for walk-ins.
This way, whether you prefer to schedule an appointment or decide to drop by on a whim, you will always find the assistance you need to make your wedding dreams come true.

Our designer will take precise measurements to ensure your gown is tailored exclusively to you. While we are pleased to offer trusted recommendations, your final decision remains entirely your own.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT WHEN I SAY "YES" TO THE DRESS?
We require a 50% deposit, which is essential to secure your request. Please be advised that this deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit has been made, changes or cancellations will not be possible, as we begin the preparation process immediately to meet your requirements.
