CAN I BRING GUESTS TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring supportive friends and family whose opinions you trust, as their insights can be extremely useful in making the final decision. Our bridal suites hold 5 people comfortably but we can accommodate more if you let us know beforehand.

WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY DREAM DRESS?
To have the least stressful shopping experience, we recommend shopping at least 6-12 months before your wedding day. Dresses are made to order meaning that the development of your dress will not start until you place your deposit on your dress. Rush shipping and off-rack gowns are available!

I NEED HELP, MY WEDDING IS APPROACHING FAST! CAN I STILL GET A DRESS?
Yes—there are still beautiful options available. We offer select gowns for immediate purchase, as well as styles that can be ordered with a quicker turnaround.
We’ll work with you during your consultation to find the best option for your timeline, so you can feel confident moving forward.

DO YOU REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes. We operate by appointment only to ensure every bride receives a private, personalized experience.
This allows us to thoughtfully prepare for your visit and give you our full attention during your time in the studio.

Kristen Grace Bridal offers a curated range of gowns designed to provide a custom feel without the traditional luxury price point. Most gowns range from $1,500 to $3,500.
We’ll guide you through options during your consultation to ensure you find a gown that feels perfect for you.

WHAT ARE YOUR IN-STORE SAMPLE SIZES?
Our sample sizes ranges from 8 to 20. We understand that every body is unique, and that’s why we are equipped with the right tools and expertise to make necessary adjustments for various sizes.

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
Achieving the perfect fit often requires alterations. We’ll take precise measurements and connect you with our trusted network of trusted tailors, to ensure your gown fits beautifully. While we’ll guide you through the process, the final decisions are always yours.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT WHEN I SAY "YES" TO THE DRESS?
To secure your gown, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase.
Once your order is placed, we begin the process of preparing your gown, which is why all sales are final. The remaining balance will be due prior to pick-up.
